What is the mildest shampoo to use?

I am struggling with shampoos. I am very sensitive to shampoos (among most everything else). I am down to my last drops of a bottle of Pantene, but the newer formula causes a significant skin reaction. I can use baby shampoo okay, but does anyone know of another shampoo that is considered very gentle or hypoallergenic? What is the mildest shampoo to use?
Can you use organic shampoos? They're more gentle because they have natural ingredients instead of chemicals like commercial products. Some organic shampoos include Burt's Bee's and Aubrey Organics. If you don't go that route you can always try out different shampoos and then dilute them with water about a 1:2 shampoo to water ratio. What is the mildest shampoo to use?
Dove is very mild as it's Ph balanced =)

Or, if you can afford it, ask at your local bodyshop for shampoo for a sensitive scalp as their products are all natural!

Many big name brands such as pantene leavea build-up of chemicals on your hair so are not that great int he long-term.
Brands like Neutrogena, Nivea, L'Oreal, will have hypoallergenic shampoos
Conditioner.

It cleans your hair by closing the hair follicle to keep moisture in and dirt out. Only wash your hair twice or three times a week.
