mild shampoo isthe one that doesn't harm ur hair
these are used in case one has a sensitive scalp or used by babies
like u can go for herbal shampoos nd johnson's baby products(ignore the spellings)
mild shampoos don't create a lot of foam like other shampoos does, nd are effective for lesser days..........Can anyone tell me what is mild shampoo?

Don't tell anyone, but I use Johnson's Baby Shampoo cuz it 's really mild!!! It makes my hair extra shiny too! :)
