My hair are curly n frizzy. I want to use a mild shampoo. Can i make out by looking at its ingredients?How to know that a shampoo is mild enough for daily usage?

You can...but for that you need to know about them really well.
Another way:
You'll have to buy small bottles or sachets of different shampoos. Use them and see which on suits you best. Choose the shampoo which does increase hair-fall, does not make your hair dry and rough and does not make them prone to dust and all.
If the shampoo does not fulfill the above listed requirements you can swap to another shampoo.
If the shampoo makes you feel good, comfortable and light...Its the right one!!
you shoudnn't shampoo your hair everyday. maybe every other day.....washing ur hair daily sucks out all the moisture and leaves it feeling dry and can stop it from growing...or cause dry scalp problems such as dandruff.
