lissen i duno wat is sls or als.. bt ders no need 2 use a soap 4 ur head! u get a wide range of shampoos n conditioner in india,, you cn use anyone of them.. if u want to use something herbal then try nyle or vatika shampoo n conditioner.. otherwise dove shampoos n conditioner rock! bt pls dun use the soap! n DUN WASH YOUR HAIR WITHOUT CONDITIONING IT!!
