ok well im highlighting my hair the first time by myself and it says i need a mild shampoo when i rinse the dye out. Is this one.Is ';Pantene, Always Smooth'; a mild shampoo?
Unless it says, ';safe for color-treated hair'; or ';color-safe'; it is not okay to use. The shampoo will strip your hair of the color and damage your hair. So go pick up some better shampoo before you highlight!
